David Elrod, age 56, of Cadiz, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024, at his home.
He was born on December 12, 1968, in Osceola, Arkansas, the son of the late David Elrod and the late Betty Godgiben Elrod Suggs.
David dedicated several years of his career as a merchandiser for Coca-Cola Bottling.
An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his children, Tara Elrod (Brandon Kemp) of Decatur, Georgia, Adrianna “Krickett” Elrod of Cadiz, and James William Gilford (Ashley) of Crofton, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Sage “Hot Rod” Messenger, Jace and Bryleigh Gilford; and his life partner, Maggie Stagner-Houchens of Cadiz.
There will be no services at this time.
Goodwin Funeral Home, 138 Main Street in Cadiz, is in charge of the arrangements.
