A Hopkinsville man was charged with criminal mischief after investigating a dumpster fire at a car wash on Fort Campbell Boulevard Saturday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 28-year-old Jonah Terry was asked to leave Jerry’s Express Car Wash after he was seen going through their dumpster, then later in the day he was seen on video in the area after the dumpster was found on fire.
He was located at a restaurant after employees reported a suspicious subject going through their trash can, entering the bathroom, and spending 30 minutes there.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal mischief and public intoxication.
