City Council Approves Annex, Budget Changes

Building owners in downtown Hopkinsville are eligible for a new incentive designed to encourage downtown living. Tuesday evening, City Council approved a municipal order creating the Mayor’s 24/7 Downtown Incentive.

CDS Assistant Director, Holly Boggess previously explained the program will apply to second-story residential units.
