A Hopkinsville man was charged with robbery on Charlie Court in Hopkinsville Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 37-year-old Antonio Attaway punched his girlfriend in the face, took her phone, and left the apartment before law enforcement arrived.
Attaway reportedly told police his girlfriend assaulted him first by pulling his hair.
Attaway was located on Lafayette Road then arrested and charged with second-degree robbery and theft by unlawful taking.
