A wreck on US 68 in Cadiz sent a woman to the hospital Saturday afternoon.
Cadiz Police say a car was turning onto US 68 from North Montgomery Road when it pulled into the path of an eastbound van.
The driver of the van was transported by ambulance to Trigg County Hospital for injuries.
Police were assisted by Cadiz Fire Department and Montgomery Fire Department.
