The Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County will host its next History on Tap this Thursday, July 23 at 6:30pm at the Hopkinsville Brewing Company. Museum Director Alissa Keller will be sharing stories about 10 Christian Countians You Need To Know. Some of these folks may have strong connections – some more obscure – but all will be interesting!
Join us before the program at 5:30pm for a going-away reception for Hillary Sullivan, the Museum’s Director of Collections. Sullivan has been with our staff since March 2017 and has made a greater impact than her title implies. During her 3 years, she professionalized our artifact management systems, oversaw the move of ALL artifacts out of the museum – and then back in – during our major renovation, provided fresh life to our museum shop, managed our recent capital campaign, and brought order, creativity, and insight in so many ways. She has been an integral part of our little team, and we hope you’ll join us to wish her the best!
