Break the Cycle Event

Join Sanctuary, Inc. in supporting survivors of domestic violence through our Break the Cycle awareness event. Throughout the month of October, participants will have the opportunity to pick from varying distances that they hope to cycle. The goal is for participants to reach their goal before the month of October ends. The first 150 people to sign up will receive a water bottle and a sticker. All participants who cycle a minimum of 100 miles throughout the month of October will be entered into a raffle for a prize from Bikes & Moore.
To register, click on the ticket link on the event page or you can register in person on October 17th. Registration fee is $20.
You can also join us on October 17th at the Pardue Lane entrance of the Rails to Trails at 9 AM to earn some of your miles with other individuals within the community.
Don’t have a bike? The Hopkinsville-Chrisitan County Public Library has bikes and helmets for varying age groups that can be rented. On October 17th, HCCPL will be allowing individuals to use those bikes for free if they would like to participate in the event. If you are interested in using a bike from HCCPL, please email Carrie Norvell at educator@thesanctuaryinc.com for availability. Bikes and helmets are limited.
